California's Crisis Care Continuum

Someone to Call. Someone to Respond. Somewhere to Go.

About California’s Crisis Care Continuum

California’s Crisis Care Continuum includes the providers and services that support people experiencing a behavioral health crisis—in the moment and throughout their recovery journey. This includes 24/7/365 staffed Crisis Centers for people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress, mobile crisis teams to provide time-sensitive, in-person support wherever someone is located, and stabilization services to guide people toward recovery and long-term wellbeing. Together, these three systems work in unison to ensure no Californian ever has to face a crisis alone.
